ZENDESK AI & AUTOMATIONS

I led the evaluation, purchase, and implementation of Zendesk Copilot, introducing AI-powered agent assistance, intelligent routing, and workflow automations to improve support efficiency and deliver a more consistent customer experience.

MARKETING AUTOMATIONS

Integrated Klaviyo with the customer support help desk using Zapier, automatically transferring customer inquiries and data between platforms. I also developed targeted winback and lifecycle campaigns that streamlined follow-up, reduced manual work, re-engaged cold leads, and contributed to a significant increase in recovered sales.
